What is it that gives Japan a competitive advantage against other regional competitors?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Japan\u2019s strength lies in maximizing limited resources, a customer-first mindset, and the keiretsu<\/em> system, which supports global competitiveness.<\/p>\n

What EV battery trends have you seen recently?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Battery makers focus on safety, energy efficiency, and cost. Material scarcity drives up costs, but innovations in assembly and materials help offset this. Simplifying supply chains is key, as seen in policies like China\u2019s “dual circulation” strategy.<\/p>\n

Which area of your business are you currently focusing the most on developing? <\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re focused on lifestyle, environment, and mobility, using both \u201cwith China\u201d and \u201cChina Plus One\u201d approaches. In China and India, we\u2019re building eco-friendly lubricant and recycling businesses. In Indonesia, we\u2019re promoting electric bikes to reduce pollution.<\/p>\n

What are your future and global expansion plans?<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a 75-year history in diverse sectors and geographies, including socialist countries such as Cuba and the former Soviet Union, we\u2019ll continue evolving through adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit, aiming for agile international growth.<\/p>\n
