Meanwhile, nattokinase, an enzyme extracted from natto fermented beans, is central to the company\u2019s cardiovascular health line. \u201cIt is certified by the Japan Nattokinase Association, and contains the highest 10,000 FU concentration available in Japan, the maximum value in human clinical trials,\u201d said Murata.
