Moreover, they became the first Japanese company to win the \u201cEnterprising Leader\u201d title at the RE100 Leadership Awards 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding internationally with operations in the United States and Australia, Asahi Kasei Homes aims to grow beyond its 28% share of current sales. In Australia, it formed a capital alliance with McDonald Jones Homes in 2017, acquired the steel frame supplier Supaloc and launched NEX Building Group in 2021.
